Amber Bloomquist, C-IAYT, MBA

Amber Bloomquist is a certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and has worked in Human Resources leadership roles with 25 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain and service industries.  Over these years, she identified a critical need to take care of the whole person at work.  Amber enrolled in and graduated from an extensive 1,000 hour Yoga Therapy certification program providing her with the skills necessary to meet the needs of employees in a unique, therapeutic way.  She understands the challenges both employees and employers face when living in times of high stress and anxiety, chronic illnesses, societal pressures, and competitive markets, to name a few.  Amber is your partner to deliver an impactful, therapeutic wellness program that will reap benefits for both employee and employer.

Amber is a teenage twin girl mom who enjoys the outdoors, loves live music - especially Billy Strings, and caring for her small farmstead garden and animals of goats, chickens and barn cats!
